This is part mall that build by develope rin back part of the all of tower which take place untill 6 th floor and above of this mall will build 4 tower condominium sea view about 40 th floor.

It is a bandar jakarta seafood and resto has exist for about 6 month.

Untill this day progress of the greenbay pluit building had development , The agreement between buyer and development had been early doing than before it planning in 2013 for tower A , B , C and D.But as personalize we are not have time to go to jakarta yet.

Progress 1 Januari 2014 bay walk mall had been operation  in november 2013...

May be we must give you some information abaut  pimpong sport centre in a 5th floor of baywalk mall . if the residen people or people whos lifearound the pluit people can play and registrtion for traaining in this site . some time this pimpong club make a routin event pimpong.

21 oktober 2014 thuesday....

As long time i had not visiting to  green bay pluit apartement and bay walk mall , so in oct 20 , 2014 i had prepare a time to see this place  about the last progress , and last teenants that take place in bay walk mall 

, and we must confirm about an issues that tell in the media online news and others that say the condominium above the bay walk mall are askew or not paralel , its askew more then 16 angle. so it make scare and doubt the belonging or others that stay in the apartement. so we must be confirmations about that.

Setelah cukup lama tidak berkunjung ke green bay pluit , maka pada 20 oktober 2014 kami menyempatkan waktu untuk meninjau green bay pluit dan bay walk mall untuk melihat perkembangan terkini dan issue - issue tentang bangunan towernya. kenapa ...? ada issue yang berhembus atau di tiupkan oleh beberapa media atau orang yang menyatakan bahwa tower green bay pluit mengalami kemiringan hingga 15 derajat jadi ini tentu membuat kekhawatiran juga bagi penghuni dan pemilik gedung di lingkungan green bay pluit itu sendiri . so dalam hal ini kami hanya ingin konvirmasi apakah memang tower condominium tsb mengalami miring yang signifikan seperti yang di sampaikan oleh media online tsb ..

Ini merupakan gambaran menara green bay pluit yang kami foto dari bawah menara arah dari selasar arah laut dimana gambaran kemiringan pada keempat  tower tsb secara kasat mata tidak  terlihat secara nyata . dan jika di perhatikan dengan seksama dan teliti mungkin kemiringan ini masih berada jauh dari pernyataan yang ramai di media massa yang mencapai angka di atas 10 derjad. Atau bahkan gambaran di atas hanya suatu metamorfosa gambar tergantung dari sudut kita memandang

Bantahan dari pihak pengelola yang di publikasikan malalui koran suara pembaruan , dimana di nyatakan kemiringan gedung 16 derjad sudah pasti akan terlihat jelas , dimana menara pisa di perancis saja dengan kemiringan 4 derjat sudah terlihat dengan jelas.. Dan issue kemiringan itu adalah issue yang tidak dapat di pertanggung jawabkan dan tidak dapat di buktikan..
